Flying drones is what first pulled me into filmmaking. I bought my first drone with a paycheck from my high school bike shop job in 2016, and it’s been a constant ever since. With over a decade of flight experience, I bring both technical precision and creative intuition to every shoot. Whether you need a pilot to execute a shot list or a collaborator to help shape aerial coverage, I can place a camera exactly where it needs to be—and make sure it looks right when it gets there.

The first year of my freelance career was spent working closely with local businesses to deliver a wide range of video content. That hands-on experience built a strong foundation in taking projects from idea to final delivery. Whether it’s launching a product, showcasing what makes a business unique, or documenting an expedition, I work with you to shape the story and produce content that aligns with your goals.

From aerial coverage to full event production, I help bring live experiences to screens anywhere. Over the past year, I’ve worked on major productions with US Ski & Snowboard and the NCAA, covering events like the Revolution Tour and Collegiate Ski Championships. My experience spans piloting, VTR, live switching, DP work, and graphics packages, giving me a well-rounded understanding of live workflows and the ability to step into multiple roles as needed.

With a background in mechanical engineering, I bring a structured, detail-oriented approach to visual effects and animation. It’s a space where technical thinking and creativity intersect. From subtle enhancements to fully built-out visuals, I focus on translating complex ideas into clear, compelling imagery that elevates the overall piece.

Editing is where everything comes together. My experience in documentary work shaped my ability to pull strong narratives from large volumes of footage—finding structure, pacing, and emotional through-lines. That skill translates across formats, from long-form films to fast-paced social content, ensuring every piece feels intentional and engaging.

Definitely an interesting addition to my skill set but one of my favorite ways to work. Ambient beds, impact design, music licensing, and dialogue cleanup - every element balanced and tuned to the emotion of a piece.
